He holds a BA and MA in Leadership from the University of Guelph, where he is an active member of the alumni community, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

With a keen interest in leadership, higher education, sports, and music, Ryan is actively engaged in discussions and activities related to these areas, demonstrating a well-rounded and diverse range of interests and expertise.

Prior to his current roles, Ryan has served as the Alumni Advancement Manager in the Alumni Affairs and Development department at the University of Guelph, where he gained valuable experience and made significant contributions to the advancement of the institution.
