Ryan Bowley

Ryan Bowley is a government affairs and policy professional with extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He served as the Executive Director of the Moving & Storage Conference at the American Trucking Associations (ATA) from May 2022 to May 2024.14 In this role, he directed operations, advocacy, and activities for the industry conference representing the US household goods moving industry.1

During his tenure at ATA, Bowley collaborated with member company leaders and ATA staff to develop and implement strategies for engaging policymakers on priority issues, building Conference membership, and elevating the professional moving industry.1 He also represented the organization at industry events, such as the MSC Annual Meeting, where he recognized outstanding professional drivers with the Super Van Operator Award.2

Prior to his position at ATA, Bowley held various roles in government affairs and policy, including:

As of May 2024, Ryan Bowley has taken on a new role as Vice President of Government Affairs at The Fertilizer Institute in Washington, D.C.13
