Ryan Bernath

Ryan Bernath is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse education and extensive experience in investment banking. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of Southern California. Ryan currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of Investment Banking at B. Riley Securities. Prior to this role, he held prominent positions at top financial institutions such as Barclays Investment Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Putnam Lovell NBF. Ryan also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen.
