His educational journey includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool INHOLLAND.

Prior to his current position, Ruud Kos has held various roles that have shaped his professional journey. He has served as a Board Member at Network for sustainable entrepreneurs, Business Development and Project Manager at Wayinfront, Co-Founder at Bough Bikes, Investment Manager at Ballast Nedam Concessions, among others. These experiences have honed his skills in project management, business development, and sustainable entrepreneurship.
