With over two decades of experience in the music industry, Ruth has a strong background in talent acquisition, contract negotiation, event management, and strategic business development.

Prior to founding 12 South Entertainment, Ruth spent nine years as a music talent agent at Creative Artists Agency in Beverly Hills.

During her time at CAA, Ruth represented notable artists such as Jesse McCartney, Ashlee Simpson, Nikka Costa, Van Hunt, Phantom Planet, and others.

In 2012, Ruth launched her independent venture, 12 South Entertainment, to offer specialized services to artists and brands, focusing on talent representation, tour sponsorship activation, and event solutions.

Ruth's career in the music industry began in Atlanta, where she worked as a talent buyer for venues like the Dark Horse Tavern and The Point, and later served as Vice President of Alienation Inc., handling booking and management.

Moreover, Ruth has experience as a stage manager for events like the Music Midtown festival, showcasing her diverse skills and deep-rooted passion for music.

She aims to explore new revenue streams for artists through innovative partnerships and strategic collaborations.
