Ruth Essex

Ruth Essex is an experienced professional with a background in Further Education, specializing in management, professional development qualifications, and commercial employer training.

Transitioning from a role as Director of Training Solutions, Ruth chose to focus on motherhood and reinvented herself as an image consultant, providing services such as colour analysis, style consultations, and public presentations.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Ruth is an avid sailor who embarked on a remarkable 1000nm journey with her family, which she intends to document in a future publication.

She holds a Master's degree in MSc Strategic Management from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
