Rutger Flink

Rutger Flink is the CEO and Founder of PulmoTech BV, a company focused on developing innovative medical devices for critically ill patients, particularly those who are mechanically ventilated. He founded PulmoTech in 2018 and has been instrumental in its development and growth.
