He is also certified in fire and safety procedures.

    Russell's education includes studies in Loss Prevention, Retail Fraud Investigation, Corporate Fraud, Hospitality Management, Corporate Loss Prevention, Crowd Control, Security, and Risk Management from institutions like Canberra Technical College, Noble Park Technical College, Victoria Police Detective School, and ATI Training College Sandgate.

    Throughout his career, Russell Norris has held key roles at prominent organizations such as Area General Manager at H. J. Boutique Luxury Hotels, General Manager at Classical Plaza Hotel, Jade Gallery Boutique Luxury Hotel, Blue Apple Nightclub, Downunder Bar & Restaurant, and South Yarra Arms Hotel among others. He has also worked with retail establishments like Myer, David Jones, Mcewens, Reject Shops, and John Barleycorn Hotel Collingwood.
