With a diverse educational background, Russell holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from American Military University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Texas A&M University.

Russell Mantzel has gained valuable experience in various roles, including Project Manager at Bible Study Fellowship, Senior Business Strategy Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Operations Executive within the Marine Forces Reserve of the US Marine Corps.
