Throughout his tenure at the Austin Fire Department, Russell continuously strived for self-improvement and actively pursued additional training and professional growth opportunities to enhance his knowledge and skills. His relentless pursuit of excellence eventually led him to become a Fire and Rescue Instructor, where he found joy in sharing his expertise with peers and students while also learning from them.

Having transitioned to the private sector, Russell is currently serving as the CEO at RNR Rescue, where he is enthusiastic about providing top-notch Fire and Rescue instruction and delivering qualified Industrial Rescue Teams (IRT) and Safety Services to industrial clients.
