Russell Horton

Russell Horton, a commercial Director with over 30 years of experience, has a proven track record of building businesses and driving growth in the Telecoms and IT industry. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, leadership, and staff engagement, Horton has successfully negotiated the exit of several businesses, including Telegan, Securicor Cellular, and Isis Telecommunications. As CEO of FluidOne, Horton spearheaded the company's MBO in 2019 and led the acquisition of several companies, including Cyber Security Associates and PSU, strengthening the company's presence in the market. With a strong background in project management, data-driven decision making, and change management, Horton has led the design and implementation of several complex billing and customer care systems, earning recognition at the World Billing Awards in 2004, 2005, and 2007.
