Russell Hall is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law and Society from George Mason University, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
With a background in education and public service, Russell has worked as a Substitute Teacher at Loudoun County and as a Writing Ranger for middle school students at Adventures in Writing Camp.
