Russell Gann

Russell Gann is a highly educated individual with a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Walden University, M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, M.S. in Computer and Information Science from Strayer University (DC), and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

His professional experience includes working as an IT Specialist at the Internal Revenue Service, Supervisor, IM/IT at the Ministry of the National Guard, Program Manager, Surveillance Coordinator, Informatics at the MoH, and Associate Director of Technology at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
