Russell Field
Russell Field is a seasoned designer, engineer, and manager with a diverse array of experiences in the field. After earning a B.S. and M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, Russell has worked in a variety of roles, from Mechanical Engineer at Intuitive and Plenty, Inc, to Materials Moonshots engineer at Google[X]. He has also held teaching and mentorship positions at Stanford University Product Realization Lab and has managed teams in projects ranging from industrial automation to furniture design.
Russell has been instrumental in helping hyper-growth companies and mature manufacturers achieve excellence and continuous improvement in their daily operations, as well as leading autonomous vehicles strategy at General Motors. His commitment to understanding through data and engineering is at the forefront of his career, and his love of collaboration with like-minded individuals is what drives him every day.
