Russ Kleekamp

Russ Kleekamp is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in civil and environmental engineering project management.

His expertise spans various areas including planning, modeling, design, and construction of infrastructure for residential, commercial, municipal, and federal clients.

Mr. Kleekamp has a strong background in securing and managing grant funding for municipal infrastructure projects, having facilitated over $3M in grant funding and $10M in State Revolving Funds (SRF) for multiple municipalities.

He has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Municipal and Infrastructure at Green Seal Environmental Inc., Mr. Kleekamp has previously worked as a Project Manager at GHD, Inc (formerly Stearns & Wheler, LLC) and served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

His extensive experience includes overseeing approximately $40M in over 60 construction projects and managing federal design-build projects, emphasizing his strong leadership and project management skills.
