Russ Hacker

Russ Hacker is a cybersecurity professional who understands the importance of skilled personnel in maintaining the safety and security of an organization's equipment, systems, and data. With a degree in Computer Science from Wichita State University, Russ has extensive experience as an Information Technology Project Manager in various companies, including the United States Marine Corps, where he worked on Communication Warfare. He also founded RHAssociates, Inc., a company that provided cybersecurity and IT services to small businesses. Currently, Russ is the Co-Founder of HackerTalents, a talent acquisition firm that helps organizations find and hire cybersecurity professionals. HackerTalents offers private sourcing, temporary and long-term placement, project staff, and strategy and tactical execution services. Russ's focus is on reducing or eliminating the risk of cybersecurity personnel shortages, which can negatively impact productivity, customer service, innovation, speed to market and profitability.
