Ruslan Yunusov

Ruslan Yunusov is the Chief Executive Officer of the Russian Quantum Center (RQC), a position he has held since August 2012. Under his leadership, RQC has focused on both fundamental and applied research in the field of quantum technologies, establishing itself as one of the leading quantum centers globally. The center is recognized for its contributions to advancing quantum science and technology in Russia and has been involved in various collaborative projects, including partnerships with industry leaders like Nissan.123

In addition to his role at RQC, Yunusov has a background in the oil and gas industry, as well as experience in investment and innovation sectors. He is noted for his leadership in fostering advancements in quantum research and is a co-founder of the center, which is ranked among the top 20 quantum centers worldwide.34
