With a proven track record, Rushil successfully spearheaded Samsara's Connected Fleets platform, elevating it from inception to over $400 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and acquiring more than 20,000 customers.

Prior to Samsara, Rushil played a pivotal role in propelling payments at Ola, a prominent player in the mobility industry, to a remarkable $1 billion in volume.

As a co-founder of AirCare, a groundbreaking digital health startup, Rushil demonstrated his prowess by overseeing its growth and eventual acquisition by Cardinal Health.

He brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at The Boston Consulting Group where he honed his consulting skills, along with his research contributions in machine learning and genomics during his time at MIT.

Rushil's educational background is equally impressive with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA, specializing in Entrepreneurial Management, from The Wharton School.

His professional journey also includes various leadership roles such as CEO and Co-founder at Nirvana Insurance, VP Product / GM Fleet at Samsara, Senior Director / GM Ola Money at Ola, and Co-Founder and CTO at AirCare Labs.

Rushil's academic pursuits saw him as a PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT and he also engaged in research endeavors at Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania.
