Rupert Lugo

Rupert Lugo is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various prestigious organizations.

Rupert completed his Bachelor of Laws with Honors and Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Deakin University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

Throughout his career, Rupert has held significant positions including Special Counsel and Former Senior Associate at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, as well as various roles at Rigby Cooke Lawyers, where he served as a Senior Associate, Associate in Property, and Lawyer in Property.

In addition to his law firm experience, Rupert has actively contributed to the legal community by being involved in the Law Institute of Victoria, where he held roles such as Co-Chair of the YLS Professional Development Committee and an Executive Committee Member of the Young Lawyers Section.

Prior to his time at HWL Ebsworth and Rigby Cooke Lawyers, Rupert gained valuable experience at Davis Lawyers as a Lawyer and Law Graduate, and also worked as a Legal Intern at the Yarra Energy Foundation and as a Caseworker at the Springvale Monash Legal Service.
