Rumia Mukherjee is a seasoned HR professional with over six years of experience in the field of human resources management and client services. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from the Bengal Institute of Business Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the NSHM Business School. Rumia's journey started as an HR Executive and progressed to become a Senior Talent Partner at Randstad India, where she has excelled in headhunting, recruiting, and providing manpower solutions for mid to senior-level roles across PAN India and Global. Her communication skills are exceptional, and she enjoys taking up new challenges. Before joining Randstad, she worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Refrase Consultancy LLP and as a Client Services Manager at REBI.
