Rui Barroca is an experienced Product Design professional who has worked with a variety of clients ranging from big corporations like British Airways and American Express to startups like Startup Braga and PepFeed.

He has a strong background in User Experience Design, Product Design, Creative Direction, Rapid Prototyping, Mobile Design, and Lean Methodology.

Rui has extensive experience collaborating with product and development teams to meet product requirements and execute content strategy.

In addition to his professional roles, he is passionate about mentoring young founders and nurturing new businesses to make a difference in the industry.

His educational background includes a Short Course from FLAG - Centro de Formação, an MSc from the University of Westminster, a BA Hons from the University of Westminster, and studies at the University of the Arts London and IADE - Creative University.

Rui's diverse experience includes working as a Mobile UX Lead for companies like William Hill and British Airways, and as a Senior User Experience Designer for brands like Betfair and Rank Interactive.

His journey in the design industry has seen him contribute as a Mentor at Startup Weekend, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster, and Tutor in Web Building for MA in PC & PR at the same university.
