Reporting to the Board of Directors of the company, my main responsibilities are:

Manage the company according to the established strategic plan, business plan, and annual operating budget.

Since my appointment to this role, the company has experienced a 104% growth in turnover with a sustainable organic growth.

Ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors.

I have developed specific processes that have allowed all departments to be more productive and efficient.

Manage the income statement, as well as all the activities of the company: financial division, HR, technical department, design, production, operations, commercial management.

Maintain high-level relations with customers, suppliers, public and private institutions and other potential stakeholders.

Leading the process of transformation, reorganisation, diversification and internationalisation of the company, establishing the guidelines for the company to be present in other countries

Develop human resources, recruitment, training, evaluations, promotions

SABORIT INTERNATIONAL

General Manager

-Analysis of sales, setting of commercial objectives of the area and of each salesperson of the team,
structuring of the customers portfolio, implementation of the commercial policy and strategy of the
company.
-Business Development , Sales and research of Opportunities.
-In charge of the marketing and organization of national and international events.
-Optimize, motivate, control and evaluate the sales team, leading and managing a team of 7 people.
-Negotiation and conclusion of annual commercial agreements with clients.
-Coordinate the activity with the rest of the company's departments involved in the sales process and
in the promotional actions within the customer.
-Analyze market, sector and competition information to optimize decision making. Identification of
leads and business opportunities.
-Prescription in decision points, being the most important client the Public Administration, commercial
management with high rank officers introducing the company in the Ministry of Defense achieving an
improvement in the turnover of 170%

Sales Manager

Strategic development of a new line of business for the company in the Security, Defense and Industrial market in key accounts with exponential growth, exceeding expectations by far.

I have been involved in the development of a new business unit in the company, with the task of dealing with 4 specific client accounts that have had a 322% growth since I was assigned to them.

Develop marketing and communication plans adapting them to the local strategy.

Responsible for forecasting and stock control of all the elements necessary for the development of the brand activity.

Key Account Manager

-Prior assessment and analysis of the situation of the market, competitors and potential customers.
-Identify key decision makers in the assigned accounts, develop direct contact with national and
international accounts, making sure that relationships are positive and effective.
-Preparation of quotations, deals, special offers, development of prices in collaboration with the
business departments.
-Business management creating added value for the customer, that set distance with competitors.
-Fundamental support for customers, understanding and accompanying them in all business
processes.

-Planning, negotiation of contracts and marketing plans for the assigned accounts (EMEA), executing
the indications agreed with the commercial management to maximize the business volume and
profitability of the assigned accounts according to the general strategy of the company for the
assigned area.
-Implementation of category management for key customers in collaboration with the marketing
department.
-Coordination of activities with other departments of the company.
-Management, control and monitoring of the allocated budget.
