Rudy Verner

Rudy Verner is a prominent partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP, where he leads the firm's Litigation Practice Group. With over 20 years of experience, his legal practice encompasses civil litigation, criminal law, and employment law, focusing on complex business disputes at both trial and appellate levels. He has significant expertise in appellate law, having argued cases in various courts, including the Colorado Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.12

In addition to his litigation work, Rudy has a strong background in insurance coverage and privacy law, advising clients on issues related to online privacy and data security. He has represented corporations in high-stakes litigation and has been involved in pro bono work, notably assisting victims of the Marshall Fire in Colorado.13

Rudy holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he was active in legal publications, and an M.A. from Boston College. He is also involved in civic leadership, serving on the Board of Directors for Conservation Colorado and leading sustainability initiatives within his firm.14 Outside of his professional life, Rudy enjoys cycling, skiing, and surfing with his family.1
