Rudy Nadler-Nir

Rudy Nadler-Nir is a trained Theatre Director and Producer with a Masters Degree in Adult Education from the University of the Western Cape. He is the co-founder and facilitator at MyScapes, a programme that offers collaborative workshops using improv and storytelling to address diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. Rudy's work focuses on three pillars of personal and professional narratives: ancestry, diversity and inclusivity, and choices and agency. Unlike traditional diversity programmes, MyScapes uses positive and non-threatening games to promote acceptance and cooperation among employees.
