Rudayna Abdo is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in urban planning, specializing in housing, land use, and urban transport challenges across diverse urban areas, including the Gulf Region.

Her career has been marked by a passion for creating innovative solutions and fostering collaboration to address complex urban issues.

Rudayna holds a Master's in Urban Planning from McGill University, a Bachelor's in Architectural Studies from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has also pursued studies at THNK School of Creative Leadership.

She has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the Founder of Thaki, an organization focused on providing digital literacy and e-learning opportunities to refugee and vulnerable children.

Prior to her current role, Rudayna has worked in leadership positions such as Director of Business Strategy, Urban Planning Advisor, Senior Advisor, and Director of Planning at Otak International.

Her professional journey also includes roles at the American Planning Association, Perkins+Will, City of Minneapolis, and Markson Borooah Hodgson, where she has made significant contributions to the field of urban planning.
