Arora has played a critical role in the development of HTCampus, managing a portfolio of six websites, mobile apps, and a services business, making it the go-to platform for education information in India. His extensive knowledge in entrepreneurship, online marketing, P&L management, product management, business strategy, business development, and technology management has earned him recognition in the industry.

Arora holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. He has worked previously as the Founder & Business Head of Digital Business, HT Media, and Head - Sales Operations and Investments, Digital Business, HT Media at Firefly e-Ventures Ltd among other blue-chip companies.
