Her expertise spans various sectors within the internet industry, particularly focusing on Travel & Aviation, Online Media & Job search, and developing consumer-facing mobile and web products.

Currently, Ruchika serves as a Senior Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, where she leads the Global delivery team in driving Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives with clients.

Prior to her role at Publicis Sapient, she led the product practice for digital transformation and consumer experience at IndiGo, one of India's leading airlines. Her professional journey also includes roles at Indian Express, Dainik Jagran, HT Media, and Monster India.
