Ruby Antony

Ruby Antony is a talented professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Business Management. She pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Bengaluru. Prior to her MBA, Ruby completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance at Mount Carmel College, showcasing her multidisciplinary skills.

In terms of work experience, Ruby currently serves as the Lead for People Operations at Setu, where she demonstrates her leadership capabilities and expertise in managing human resources efficiently. Before joining Setu, Ruby worked as a Consultant in Human Capital at Deloitte, a prestigious role that added depth to her HR experience.

Ruby's professional journey also includes a role as a Summer Intern in Corporate HR at Genpact, where she gained practical exposure to human resource processes and strategies.
