Rubin Anselmo is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in airport operations, security, and resource management.

He pursued his education at Notre Dame Secondary School, and later specialized in AVIA at Georgian College.

Currently, Rubin serves as the Workforce Management Lead for the Human Resources Transformation Project at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.

Prior to his current role, he held significant positions at the same authority, including Shift Manager in the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) focusing on planning and support, Specialist in Airport Operations Control (AOC), Specialist in Security Operations, and Coordinator in the Resource Management Unit.

Rubin also contributed his skills and expertise at the Ottawa International Airport Authority as the Coordinator of the Airport Operations Response Centre and at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as a Clerk in Pass/Permit & AVOP Programs.
