He studied BA in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His professional journey includes executive positions in the USA, Israel, and Brazil, where he worked for companies such as Agostini Internacional Imp./Exp. Ltda., Papel Pirahy - B.A.T. Group, and Aluminio Royal S.A.

Turkienicz is also an experienced advisor for cooperation and international relations, as he spent a year as an advisor for the Office of the Governor of the State of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. He was responsible for managing cooperation projects with countries such as South Africa, Mozambique, Uruguay, Angola, USA, and Paraguay. Moreover, he coordinated joint projects with government secretariats, municipalities, NGOs, universities, and companies.
