Rubens Oliveira

Rubens Oliveira is a highly qualified professional with a diverse background in engineering, international economics, and administration. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Southern California (USA) and a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Universidad de Alcalá (Spain). With experience as a project analyst at the Agencia de Desenvolvimento de Santa Catarina and as part of the Commercial Promotion Sector of Itamaraty in Madrid, Rubens has a strong foundation in prospecting markets for Brazilian companies. He served as an Advisor to the Executive Board of CEVAL Alimentos, specializing in International Investor Relations and external fundraising, overseeing multiple international operations. Additionally, he has held key roles such as National Director and Director for Latin America at Universidade Estácio de Sá, as well as Director General at the Escola Superior de Administração e Gerência (ESAG) at the University of Santa Catarina. His academic contributions include teaching positions at UDESC for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Rubens Oliveira has also served as the President of Fundação Escola de Governo – ENA, an institution affiliated with France. Currently, he serves as a Director at DOT digital group, a company focusing on digital solutions for education, communication, and intelligence.
