Ruben Rodas is a bi-coastal Independent Filmmaker based in NY and LA with extensive experience in directing narrative films, commercials, music videos, TV shows, branded content, and documentaries.

He is a versatile cinematographer skilled in shooting on various film and digital formats such as ARRIFLEX, Panavision, ARRI ALEXA, RED, Sony, Phantom, BlackMagic, Canon, and DSLR cameras.

In addition to his filmmaking expertise, Ruben excels as a photographer, proficient in capturing diverse genres including still life, fashion, portraits, lifestyle, and e-commerce on both film and digital mediums.

Throughout his career spanning over 15 years, Ruben has worked with prominent clients like NBC Universal, HBO, ESPN, MTV, H&M, GAP, and Christie's to name a few.

His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Film and TV production from the Paraguayan Institute of Telecommunications, an advanced workshop in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, and a master's degree in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Asuncion.
