Ruben Pool is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

He pursued his education with a High school diploma (VWO) at Barlaeus Gymnasium Amsterdam, followed by studies at De Wielewaal and eventually obtaining a MSc in (Biomedical) Physics from the University of Amsterdam.

Throughout his career, Ruben has held key positions in renowned organizations. Currently, he serves as a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Data & Analytics at Microsoft, leveraging his expertise in the field.

Prior to his role at Microsoft, Ruben excelled as a Data Scientist at i2i - Intelligence to Integrity, showcasing his strong analytical skills and ability to derive valuable insights from data.

His academic journey includes a Postdoctoral research role at the prestigious Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, where he contributed significantly to the field of polymer research.

Before his venture into research, Ruben earned his PhD in Molecular Biophysics at AMOLF, highlighting his profound knowledge and expertise in the realm of biophysics.

Additionally, he has enriched his professional portfolio with experiences such as serving as an Administrative Assistant at Nederlands Letterenfonds and a Database Assistant at Ontwikkelingsbedrijf Gemeente Amsterdam, showcasing his versatility and adaptability across different roles.
