Ruben Harris is a seasoned tech industry professional, social activist, entrepreneur, and former investment banker. With over a decade of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales, Ruben has worked with organizations such as AltSchool, Hustle, and Honor, where he focused on improving healthcare and education through personalized outreach.
Ruben is also the Co-Founder of Breaking Into Startups Podcast, which seeks to demystify the process of breaking into the tech industry. His success in the field has granted him invitations to contribute to publications such as TechCrunch and Black Enterprise.
Before his tech industry career, Ruben worked as an Investment Banker focusing on Food, Consumer, and Retail Companies in Chicago and Atlanta, where he also recruited others to focus on critical global issues through his involvement with the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
Ruben's passion for music has also led him to perform in renowned venues worldwide, including Carnegie Hall. He holds a double major in Business Administration and Music and has a background in senior living communities where he worked on improving operational efficiencies.
