Ruaraidh Plummer has garnered extensive experience in the yacht training industry, having sailed with and trained over 1000 individuals for more than a decade. As the Director and Chief/ Principal Instructor of the RYA Yacht Sailing & Theory training centre, Equinox - the London School of Sailing, he excels in managing marketing strategies, communicating with clients, handling accounts, supervising freelance staff, and upholding training standards. Ruaraidh is actively involved in instructing practical and theoretical courses in London and the South Coast, particularly in Solent. His teaching philosophy focuses on pushing individuals to learn and grow beyond their comfort zones, emphasizing the significance of experiential learning.
