    Roz Lee is a dedicated advocate for racial, gender, economic, and LGBT justice, with a career spanning philanthropy, community organizing, legislative advocacy, and popular education.

    Currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Programs at the Ms. Foundation for Women, Roz leads the Foundation's strategic initiatives to connect programmatic grantmaking, capacity building, and movement building to broader intersectional work on policy advocacy, cross-sector alliances, and external partnerships.

    With a background at organizations such as the Arcus Foundation, Stonewall Community Foundation, and the Jewish Fund for Justice, Roz has developed and implemented philanthropic strategies to advance social change, particularly at the intersection of racial justice, gender justice, and LGBT equality.

    In addition to her professional roles, Roz co-founded the New York City Organizing Support Center, a hub for grassroots social change organizations, and volunteers for various organizations committed to racial justice, LGBT equality, and social justice philanthropy.

    Roz Lee holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the State University of New York at Albany and resides in New York City with her life partner and daughter.
