With an MBA in Marketing, Roz's visionary leadership and strategic marketing skills have made her a valued advisor to Chinese investors, especially in IT, bio-medical and wellness sectors. Her experience as a CEO of Global Business/Partner at China Information Security Science and Technology Co. and Founder of Dandelion Global, LLC, have helped her understand the China/US business culture and investment criteria necessary for effective cross-border collaboration.

With a proven track record of identifying key funding opportunities for Chinese investors, Roz also mentors Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship students at University of California, Irvine.
