Royce L. Dickerson, MBA, is an accomplished professional currently holding the position of the White House Director of Office Management. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, the National Black MBA Association, and also a licensed Realtor®. Having graduated from The University of Alabama, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and pursued his MBA with a focus on Real Estate & Strategic Marketing and Management. During his academic years, he demonstrated a keen interest in enhancing the student experience by fostering collaboration between students and administrators, a passion that still drives him today.
Professionally, Royce has had a diverse range of experiences, starting from his roles within The University of Alabama, where he served as the President of the Graduate Student Association and was a part of various committees and societies. He also held internships at Lockheed Martin and positions at Keller Williams Realty. His dedication and leadership skills were further recognized when he became the White House Director of Office Management and later an Associate Director in the same office. Royce also had the privilege to serve as the National Co-Chair of the Next Gen Leaders program at the White House Historical Association, solidifying his reputation as a capable and influential leader.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Royce remains deeply committed to community service. Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, he actively participates in organizations such as The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Children’s Miracle Network, and The United Way. He has also collaborated with Keller Williams Realty and the White House Historical Association, showcasing his multifaceted interests and dedication to making a positive impact. Notably, his involvement with local prison programs highlights his altruistic nature and desire to support others in achieving their goals.
Royce's diverse skill set and interests encompass family, business, education, government, history, leadership, and service. His accolades, including the 2021 Alumni Student Award and recognition in the inaugural 18 Under 31 Young Alumni Class by the UA National Alumni Association, underscore his significant contributions and achievements both within the University community and beyond. A role model for many, Royce Dickerson continues to make a difference through his work, leadership, and commitment to service.
