Royal Addis is a highly accomplished Program Manager who possesses a wealth of experience in leadership, program management, strategy and operations. Her professional background includes working on transformational Go-to-Market initiatives, building lasting relationships, and leading teams to success. Royal is skilled in Tableau, SQL, SFDC Jr admin, Excel, and Gsheet poweruser. She attended the University of the Pacific, where she studied Engineering Management, and earned her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business. In addition, she participated in a Study Abroad Program at Stockholm School of Economics.

Throughout her career, Royal has held various positions at well-known companies, including Atlassian, Dropbox, Peerspace, and E. & J. Gallo Winery. At Atlassian, Royal served as a Program Manager Sales Operations, while at Dropbox, she was a Strategic Programs Manager - Business Strategy & Operations and worked in Sales Strategy & Operations. She also worked as a Business Operations MBA Intern at Peerspace and a New Product Introduction (NPI)- Project Manager and NPI - Project Specialist at E. & J. Gallo Winery.
