Roy Mellon

Roy Mellon is the Chief Executive and Founder of the Definitiv Group, with notable experience in building Proactiv Payroll and Definitiv from the ground up. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 with the launch of RDM Consulting, a successful payroll and human resources consultancy. Over the years, Roy has worked with renowned companies like Halliburton, Harmony Gold, and Rio Tinto, honing his expertise in payroll management. After selling RDM Consulting to activpayroll in 2012, he became their Managing Director of Australia, eventually acquiring activpayroll's Australian operations to establish Proactiv Payroll in 2013. Not long after, Roy introduced an innovative payroll and HR software solution, leading to the official launch of Definitiv in 2016. Roy is dedicated to helping businesses optimize their payroll and HR processes, allowing them to concentrate on their core operations.
