He holds an MA Cantab in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and has excelled in various levels of Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and more at prestigious educational institutions like Winchester College and Bryanston School.

Roy has a successful track record of leadership roles including being the CEO and Co-founder of Creo, CEO of Velocys, Inc., and CEO and Co-founder of Oxford Catalysts Group PLC.

He has also held positions such as Entrepreneur in Residence at IP Group plc, Group Strategy Director at Corpora Software Plc (Infonic), and worked in Fixed Income Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs International.
