Roy Kaufmann

Roy Kaufmann is an accomplished public relations professional with a diverse educational background. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of San Diego, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, and has studied Graduate Research at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He further developed his skills at Second City Theater.

Kaufmann has held various leadership positions, including Director of Public Relations at Lewis & Clark College and Vice President at Hubbell Communications. He served as a Speechwriter to the Governor at the Office of the Governor, State of Oregon and as Communications Director at the Office of the Mayor. He was also a Campaign Strategist and Spokesman for the Yes on 80 Campaign and served as Communications Director for Avakian for Congress. He was a Board Member for Greater Portland Hillel and the Cultural Coalition of Washington County.

Kaufmann has extensive experience in public relations and communications, having worked at Fleishman-Hillard and Edelman Public Relations. He was also a Field Representative for the California State Assembly member Cindy Montanez and a Valley Area Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He also served as Executive Assistant at Deloitte and Touche and as Legislative Aide at the Washington Political Action Committee.
