Roy Hirshland is a seasoned executive with a strong background in real estate and business strategy.

In 2001, Roy founded T3 Advisors, a global real estate firm that revolutionized companies' approach to real estate and workplace solutions.

He recently orchestrated the successful sale of T3 to Savills, a London-based company.

Currently, Roy holds the position of Chair of Innovation at Savills, where he continues to drive organizational growth and innovation.

In addition to his role at Savills, Roy is actively involved in advising high-growth companies and serves as the Chair of the board of BUILD, a national non-profit organization.
