Roy Friedman

Roy Friedman is the CEO and Founder of Easyway, a company he established in 2019 that specializes in providing an end-to-end contactless guest journey platform for the hospitality industry. Easyway aims to enhance the guest experience by digitizing and personalizing interactions, ultimately improving operational efficiency and creating new revenue streams for hotels.12

Before founding Easyway, Friedman was the CEO and Founder of Eve, an AI-powered chatbot designed to recommend restaurants, bars, and activities based on user preferences, which he led from 2017 to 2019. He also served as a Commander in the Israel Defense Forces' Special Reconnaissance Forces from 2010 to 2013.1

Friedman studied Mechanical Engineering at Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2017 and is proficient in Hebrew, English, and has elementary proficiency in Chinese.12
