Roy Degani

Roy Degani is a data scientist with expertise in both structured and unstructured data analysis.

He has a solid technical background and possesses hands-on experience as well as leadership skills in managing projects from inception to successful client outcomes.

Roy is passionate about machine learning, focusing on the integration of various technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), generalized artificial intelligence (GenAI), and reinforcement learning (RL).

He pursued his education with a Master's Degree in Computational Neuroscience from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Cognitive Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Throughout his career, Roy has held various roles at renowned organizations, including being the Head of Data Science at Sentra, a Data Science Researcher at Jether Energy Research, Senior Manager/Data Scientist/Principal Data Scientist at Oracle, and a Data Scientist at Crosswise Ltd. (later acquired by Oracle).

Before transitioning into data science, Roy worked as a Software Developer at Platonix Technologies and as a Software Engineer in the IDF (Intelligence Corps).
