Roy Chan

Roy Chan is an experienced project manager and coordinator with a focus on quality assurance in international and localization efforts. With a Bachelor of Social Science in Communication, Digital Graphic Communication from Hong Kong Baptist University, he has worked in various capacities in print, web, application, and video production, making him a versatile professional. Roy is fluent in English and Chinese and is dedicated, detail-oriented, focused, efficient, and an excellent communicator.

Roy has worked as a UX designer at Tradecraft and Bolo Software and previously served as a Principal at Palpa Media. He's worked in retail sales and user acceptance testing, serving as a Business Sales Representative/Retail Sales Representative and Crew Member at Apple Retail, User Acceptance Testing Track Lead/Language Lead/Tester at Apple Retail, respectively. Additionally, he has experience working as a Project-Based Visual Merchandise Designer at The Body Shop, Project-Based Multimedia Designer at Computer & Technologies Holdings Ltd, and a Multimedia Designer while self-employed.
