He collaborates with a diverse range of customers including installers, electricians, AHJs, engineers, and designers to ensure successful product integration and installation.

Roy excels in addressing technical queries and resolving issues for customers, thereby driving product demand and fostering strong customer relationships.

His expertise extends to conducting product presentations for various audiences, including distribution channel personnel, installers, engineering professionals, and management teams.

Additionally, Roy has experience as a product trainer, NABCEP certification, and membership in the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, where he delivers presentations on NEC standards and product compliance.
