Roxy Tacq is a seasoned public affairs and public relations professional with a wealth of experience in stakeholder management, project management, and communication strategy. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Leiden University, where she also interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Roxy continued her education at Institut d'Etudes politiques de Bordeaux, where she studied Politics & Social Science, and at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she earned a Master of Science in International Public Management & Public Policy.
Her career started at JASON Foundation as an editor and board member. She then moved to ANWB, where she manned the emergency centre and advised on public affairs. Roxy has also worked as an advisor at Tumaini Fund for Economic Development and Bengi Investment Group.
