Roxanne Rabasco

Roxanne Rabasco is an accomplished marketing and communications executive with over 20 years of experience across various industries, including hospitality, sports, health and wellness, technology, and beauty. She is currently the founder of 10 and 5 Creative, a creative agency she established approximately a year and a half ago, which has recently been rebranded and serves as the in-house creative agency for Hay Creek Hotels.34

Before founding 10 and 5 Creative, Roxanne held significant roles in notable companies. She began her career at General Growth Properties (GGP) and later worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where she was involved in event marketing and public relations for several renowned hotel brands. Her expertise also extends to leading communications and digital strategies for various companies, including Parlux Fragrances and Frederick Goldman Jewelry.12

Most recently, she was the Vice President of Brand Management & Communications at Red Lion Hotels Corporation before joining Victory Hotel Partners as Chief Marketing Officer.
