Roxanne Borzo Bertrand

Roxanne Borzo Bertrand is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master of Urban Design (MUD) and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Colorado Denver, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Saint Louis University.
